PayPal Help

RVA Swing uses PayPal to process online payments for students paying with credit & debit cards.

If you select "Credit Card via PayPal" as your payment method on our online registration form, after your submit your registration, our registration software will re-direct you to PayPal to collect payment.

This screen is optimized for users with existing PayPal accounts by making the "log in" button the most prominent feature, but you do not need an existing PayPal account in order to make a payment.

Enter your information as prompted, just like any other online purchase. You'll receive a separate, automated email receipt from PayPal once your payment is complete.


Payment Errors


If you experience an error with PayPal during check-out, please DO NOT submit a duplicate registration form.  This messes up the inventory for the class and can prevent others from registering if the class is almost full. We receive your registration info the moment you hit "submit" on our registration form, so there is no need to resubmit this form in order to submit your payment.  

There is a link in your RVA Swing Registration Confirmation email that can take you back to your registration, where you can add a payment. This email was automatically sent to the email address you entered on the registration form.
