Are you in February's Tranky Doo class and it is kind of...a lot? We get you! In March we'll be learning two short, accessible routines: the Shim Sham & the Jitterbug Stroll.
These are both entry-level jazz routines perfect for newer dancers (this will also be a great review for our intermediate students who learned these long ago and promptly forgot them).
While some basic dance experience will make learning choreography easier, none is needed to take this all-levels class, as your instructor will break down all the moves used in the routine.
We will be learning choreography, so if you are learning these routines for the 1st time, you do not want to miss the first or third week's classes (otherwise you will be super behind in classes 2 and 4)

How to find us
The RVA Swing studio is located inside the Lakeside Towne Center, at 6114 Lakeside Ave. There is tons of free parking in the lot adjacent to the Farmer's Market pavilion, as well as around the Towne Center building.
Please note that some GPS systems will send you about 2 blocks away. You want the parking lot by the Farmers Market and the CVS. :)
